Product return policy

We gladly accept product returns and exchanges within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt. The customer will bear any additional shipping costs.

Returns sent outside the above-mentioned period will not be accepted.

Products purchased from the Iași Showroom can be returned under the same conditions as online, within 15 days, with the original receipt.

ANDREA TINCU only accepts returns of flawless products in their original condition, which have not been worn, damaged, or washed and are packed in their original packaging.

Exchange products will be shipped only after the returned goods have been received and checked by quality control (Q.C.). Please note that a customer is allowed to exchange a product for another of the same type, but of a different size, only once.

The costs for returning/reshipping products will be borne by the buyer. In case the customer wishes to exchange products, the buyer will pay the shipping fee.

Personalized scarves with a name or dedicated message cannot be returned.

Returns are accepted only for scarves and products up to 1000 lei. Garments exceeding 1000 lei are made to order and are not eligible for return, only for alterations.

Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be sent back to the sender.

Goods must be returned in a single parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different dates for a single order. We do not take responsibility for damaged or lost parcels that have NOT been shipped through our couriers. We are not obliged to bear any shipping costs not made through our couriers.

Returns are not accepted for items modified from the initial model, based on details provided by the customer (type added sleeves, neckline shape, lengthened product, changed shape, etc).

When will I receive a refund for the returned products?

Once all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the full cost of the returned product(s) within 15 days, without covering the return shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility. If you do not meet one of these conditions, you will be notified and you will have the opportunity to receive your products back. We are not liable for any additional shipping costs. The refund time depends on your account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Your store credit is not transferable, not refundable, and does not expire.

Please note that international customs duties and sales tax are NOT refundable for shipments outside the EU.

Can I exchange a product for another product?

No. You can return a product and then place a new order for another product.
