How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Scarves are in stock and are shipped within the specified timeframe. Clothing items are made to order, each product having its own production time. For this reason, please consider the delivery timeframe for each specific product.

I live outside the EU. Do I have to pay VAT?

Yes. The final purchase price for orders from outside the EU will include the local VAT, calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties for your country will apply and be invoiced separately by FedEx.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes if my order is shipped outside the EU?

Yes, customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties for orders shipped outside the EU. These will be invoiced separately by our FedEx courier.

What are the shipping options to non-EU countries?

The shipping duration for countries that impose customs duties is between 2 and 4 working days. Product prices include all taxes and fees, as well as Romanian VAT. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and handling costs for each state/country will apply and be invoiced separately by FedEx.
